How to set DNS records and eventually MX records to use emails?

We have prepared a step-by-step guide on setting up DNS records for domain routing. Instructions are found here. If you do not know what to do or if you have problems setting up your domain, just send your DNS data to your registrar. Once set, changes will take effect within approximately 24 hours.

Is the hosting included in the rental price or do we have to arrange it ourselves?

The hosting is available in both free and "Worry-free" versions. For a free version, the hosting size is 1 GB. If you use the paid Zombeek version, the hosting size is 2 GB. In the future, there should be a developer version that could be placed on your hosting.

Is Developer version already running? Or when will it be launched?

We are currently preparing the Developer service for developers. We got it on the job list. We believe it will soon be available to all interested parties. Information will be published on our blog a Facebook profile, which we recommend to follow.

Is it possible to remove "Created by Zombeek.com" from the footer?

Yes, it certainly is. Removing this information from the footer is a paid service. The price of the service is €40 + VAT. If you are interested in the removal, do not hesitate to contact us at info@zombeek.com and we will take care of it.

Can I sell goods and make orders via Zombeek.com (e.g. creating an order form, e-shop, sales, etc.)?

Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. In the future, we are considering the possibility of linking the web and e-shop. However, you can use our most used e-shop solutions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia Webareal.cz.

How many graphic templates does Zombeek.com offer?

There are currently 7 responsive templates available at the Zombeek. We will soon add new template themes.

How can I change the favicon?

You can upload Favicon in the Zombeek administration, where you click the gear icon in the upper right corner. From there, select Site Settings. Here you can upload an image with the recommended dimensions of 16x16px or 32x32px.

Does Zombeek.com offer language versions?

You can create your site in any language. The texts are your choice. In the future, we plan to use other language mutations (Slovak and English are planned to be the first ones).
